Our service always starts with a free, honest estimate. Plus discussion about how the bike is going to be used or what problems it may be experiencing. We write up a service ticket and get it on our schedule. In some cases we can put in a service reservation If you need to reduce your cycling downtime, or can't make it to shop till a later date. Most repairs are completed in just a few days, even when other shops are delayed 2 + weeks.

Support for Local Advocacy & Clubs:

Most stores will sell you a bike or service, but usually don’t venture beyond their doors to support your fun after the purchase. Trail's Edge has always supported of the local cycling community with volunteering, product, event support, and donations. Our staff and teams are all very involved outside the store as volunteers for local charities and advocacy organizations.

Our staff can help you learn more about groups to join for weekly rides or where the next big race or event happening.

Groups we support locally include Motor City Mountain Bike Association (MCMBA.org) and Clinton River Area Mountain Bike Association (CRAMBA.org), both IMBA affiliates. We also support and promote the League of Michigan Bicyclist (lmb.org), where you’ll find a wealth of knowledge relating to groups, clubs, rides, events, and legislation.

Kids Bike Buy Back Program:

Let's face it, kids out grow bikes, we understand and created the "Youth Bike Trade in / Trade Up Program". Simply buy your child's bike from either Trail's Edge bike shop (Plymouth, Mi.), ride it, love it, and enjoy it for up to 2 years. At any time during those 2 years you can exchange the bike for up to 50% of the original purchase price as credit towards their next bike.
